TriMonster Programs & Events

 

TriMonster provides a wide variety of group training programs throughout the year.  While our Early and Peak Season triathlon training programs have been the staple of our operation, we now offer single sport programs for those looking to focus on individual pieces of the multisport game.

 

In addition to group training programs, TriMonster also offers stand alone special events (Indoor Triathlons, Mock Triathlons) and various lectures and clinics (Open Water Swim Clinics, Triathlon 101) throughout the year.

 

All TriMonster programs feature group-focused workouts and training plans. We believe training with others is much more effective - through greater accountability (to show up) and motivation (to go farther and faster).

 

Each of our programs will provide you with a customized workout plan - specific to your individual goals, schedule, races, etc.  You will train with a group 1-3 times weekly, then supplement the rest of your weekly workouts on your own.  Various sport-specific lectures, clinics and demonstrations are provided, as well as plenty of social events throughout the season!

 

Thanks to the brutal Chicago winters, most of our off-season programs are held indoors.  We have dedicated use of Fitness Formula Clubs for the bulk of our sessions, as well as other partner facilities.  Eventually, we go outdoors!
